Educational visit to IISER

On 26th December 2025, students visited IISER, Bhauri under the Outreach Program conducted by Centre for Science & Society. Students witnessed modern hub of knowledge offering comprehensive Physics, Chemistry and Biology Labs, library services, including a well-equipped e-Library which strongly support learning and research. The Physics UG Lab provided an engaging learning experience where basic and advanced physics concepts were demonstrated through live experiments. Topics such as gravity and gravitational force, moving charges and magnetism (Class XII level), Faraday’s law, Lenz’s law, Biot–Savart law, and electron flow were explained with clear practical demonstrations. Important topics of Chemistry such as titration and clock reaction, oxidising agents, cells and electrochemical cells, catalysts, and polymers were explained in a simple and effective manner. Children were also apprised about the opportunities of association and further studies at IISER.
